Zoo Closed After Huge Snow Storm, Cameras Capture Animals Magically Playing in Snow

I don’t know how it was in your case, but when I was a kid, I would have given all of my toys in exchange for a proper snow day. I mean, what’s not to like? Schools are closed, there are no classes and all you have to do is go outside and have epic fun in the snow with your friends.
Time has passed and I now know that there are some downsides to heavy snowfall as well. But even so, I still think that there’s something magical about a snow day. And if the video below is any indication of the truth, animals love snow just as much as we used to when we were kids.
Because the Oregon Zoo got an unusual amount of snow this winter and had to close its doors to visitors for a day, its residents got to have a lot of fun frolicking in the snow. Zoo staff managed to capture a few images of the animals having the time of their lives playing in the snow, and now the images are going viral.
From otters to polar bears and sea lions, these animals proved that they know how to make the most out of a snow day. Take a look:
