While out driving, Desiree from Bali Paws came across a little dog on the roadside. The scared dog crouched low, and even snapped at her as she tried to approach.
Using her sweater to wrap him up, Desiree eventually managed to lift “Snappy”. It soon became clear why he might have been so aggressive; the poor thing had a broken leg causing him pain. After getting him to Bali Paws for medical care, Desiree made a point to visit him daily in the hospital. Yet, despite her kindness and the treats she offered, Snappy continued to bark and show his discomfort around her.
Two weeks later, there was a noticeable shift in Snappy. It was as if a light bulb went off inside him. He seemed to realize that Desiree meant him no harm. “From that point on, he transformed,” Desiree shared. Now, Snappy is an affectionate little fellow, and witnessing his transformation has been truly heartwarming.
