A tiny raccoon’s lovely reaction upon falling snow was recently caught on by a security camera and the footage is nothing short of adorable. The unusual moment unfolded in someone’s backyard in Washington State. Now the footage goes viral online!
The sweet scene emerged online a few days ago, uploaded by YouTuber Timothy Ellis. The security camera he put it on to his house’s deck captured more than he ever thought.
[It] started pawing at the sky,” Timothy told The Dodo. “When I realized he was actually chasing snowflakes, my main thought was that I definitely needed to save this video, because I knew other people would enjoy seeing it. It’s definitely not something you see every day.”
The short film was taken on December 19th, and it shows Timothy’s backyard covered in snow, and a playful raccoon enjoying the snow. More, the cute animal seems that it is adorably trying to catch the snowflakes in his tiny little paws.
“I’m not a professional ‘YouTuber,’ but I do make quite a bit of video with my phone, my drone, my GoPro, my security cameras, and my dashcam,” the YouTuber wrote on his channel. “Follow along for interesting goings-on in and around the Everett, WA area.”
