A puppy became a hero after Hurricane Harvey. The animal was surprised to walk through the streets of Sinton, Texas, struck by the hatred of Hurricane Harvey, while carrying a dog-food bag between his fingers.
Otis, a German Shepherd Metis, disappeared Friday night from the courtyard of a Sinton home in Texas. His master, 65-year-old Salvador Segovia, was overseeing the pet that belonged to his 5-year-old nephew, Carter, who had left the city because of the floods.
